Joe Biden, former Vice President of the United States, is rumored to be a Presidential candidate for the 2020 campaign. Trevor Noah announces, “Of all of the candidates in the race, the front runner right now is someone who isn’t even running yet”.
This past week, Noah has provided entertainment thanks to the former VP, Biden. Recently, Joe Biden has been facing a small amount of blacklash from “inappropriate touching” involving two women. If Biden were to start campaigning soon, this would more than likely become a recurring topic for any news or entertainment show.
While trying to understand a little bit more about Joe Biden after watching the excerpt from the Daily Show I stumbled upon the website govtrack.us, which provides information on politicians. On govtrack, they have Biden almost all the way at the top when it comes to their ideology of Leadership, but it would seem that his social skills may require some exercise.
Looking through democrats.org, “We’re fighting on behalf of the notion that anyone, from any walk of life, should have a fair shot at the American Dream”. Which helps shed some light on the perceptions of the Democratic Party.
All this to say, that Joe Biden will still be showing up for a while all because of this simple accusation and events that have happened throughout his career. It would be interesting to hear what he has to say in future talkshows or speeches, just don’t touch me.

It’s crazy that everything we do today as college students can come back to haunt us in the future. With technology now a days, nothing you post on the internet is private. It makes me think about the whole Kavanaugh case that was in the news last year as another example of some pf the instances you discussed in your post. How does this post relate to our class? Maybe, by talking about agenda setting–the media puts certain scandalous information in the news and that becomes the hot topic for a few weeks until another scandal arises?
